The rehearsal dinner was held at a restaurant in Traverse City picked by my mother, Golden Chopsticks. We chose a bunch of food and passed it around, and just generally had a nice time getting acquainted (in some cases) and catching up (in other cases) with one another. Everyone was able to make it to dinner except John, who was working. Arrayed around the table, we see here:

After the rehearsal dinner, the parents stayed and socialized, the girls went off to Kelly's nail salon for manicures (blood red for the bridesmaids, pearl white for me), and the boys went back to their hotel for Stu's last night of bachelorhood. As you can see, it was an interesting evening, and they didn't have to drive through the snowstorm that started around the time the girls were heading home.
