Stats

Aspect: 5 (with 5 AMP)

Domain: 0 (with 5 DMP)

Realm: 0 (with 5 RMP)

Spirit: 1 (with 5 SMP)

Gifts

Durant: You are difficult to injure and heal quickly.

Eternal: Unless he is killed in battle, the Paragon Dragon will never die.

Fire-Breathing: The Paragon Dragon is able to belch forth a cone of flame hot enough to turn mortals to ash and burn stone.

Glorious: The Paragon Dragon is terrible to behold, and strikes fear into lesser creations.

Shapeshift: Although the Paragon Dragon has a true form (a great reptilian monstrosity with wings, a long neck and tail, brilliant scales, teeth as long as swords, you get the picture), he changes form often and usually appears as a creature that for its time was considered the top predator (tyrannosaurus, saber-tooth tiger, human, etc.).

Handicaps

Affiliation - the Wild: Freedom is the highest principle. Sanity and mundanity are prisons. Give in kind with a gift received.

Avaricious: (Self-explanatory)

Overly fond of virgins: (In fact, he usually needed a steady supply...)

Paragon Form: Can only shapeshift into forms that are the height of natural selection.

Cheap Date, Argumentative Family: (Family-wide flaws) All family members are "cheap dates" extremely easily affected by mind-altering substances. They are also quite prone to arguing, drunk or not.

Bonds

Mission Goal: (5 points) Chancel Champion. The Paragon Dragon was created to be the physical champion of the Chancel. If there is a physical threat that needs to be dealt with, the Paragon Dragon considers it his personal duty to take care of the problem.

Creatures of Legend: (3 points) The Paragon Dragon considers it his duty to create and protect creatures of legend. He uses his power over evolution on creatures that wander into the chancel, and is always on the lookout for new subjects.

Dragon Egg: (5 points) Although he is the only one of his kind, the God of the Mind storm saw fit to grant the Paragon Dragon a fertilized egg. When, where, and how it will hatch the Paragon Dragon does not know. Although he believes it will be another of his kind (a mate, perhaps?) it's not known what the egg actually contains.

Cull the Herd: (3 points) The Paragon Dragon sees it as his duty to cull the herd by destroying (usually eating) the weak, and testing the strong (that which does not kill you?).

Hoard: (2 points) The Paragon Dragon has collected a number of trophies, which he has sequestered in his lair. He is very, very protective of his hoard. Woe to the creature who takes something from his hoard-the Paragon Dragon can track the location of any of the items.

Lair: (2 points) His cave is his territory, and the Paragon Dragon is very territorial. Do not enter unless invited. Do not move anything, let alone take anything.

Background

Humanity considers itself the height of creation. They are wrong, The Paragon Dragon was created from the sap of the World Tree, infused with the power of the True God Alakh-Mu, and set forth as a power of creation and destruction. The Paragon Dragon is the ultimate predator and agent of natural selection. The Paragon Dragon considers it ironic that a True God has given him domain over evolution, since he is not a product of natural selection, but was created whole and perfect. Perhaps because of this origin the Dragon considers his Estate a tool for creating others like himself-creatures of legend, and animals that are 'perfectly adapted'.
