Your Imperator is Alakh-Mu, also known as the Mind Storm, the One-Eyed Tempest, and the Living Maelstrom.

Teachings

1) Proffer tests, that the strong may be separated from the weak.

2) Encourage the strong, that they may prosper and proliferate.

3) Stillness is stagnation; change is the highest ideal.

Description (Pretentious Press Release Version)

Alakh-Mu is the pure, incomprehensible Sensation of the raging storm, and therefore it is Soul-Twisted. And yea, its family alike is both confusing and confused. (And so, though Sensation may strive to experience all, there may, perhaps, ever be feelings beyond her comprehension.)

It is the endless, undying Cycle of the seasons, and therefore it Endures. And yea, its family alike is Durant. (And so, though Cycles may strive to better the world, she may, perhaps, see naught but the ancient patterns ceaselessly repeating.)

It is the reassuring patter of rain on the roof of the Home, and therefore it is Advising. And yea, its family alike is Advised. (And so, though Home may strive ever to protect, she may, perhaps, find herself in need of protection.)

It is the Unity which comes from chaos, and therefore it is Contradictory. And yea, its family alike is Fractious. (And so, though Unity may long for accord, it may, perhaps, ever have to endure the bickering of its siblings.)

It is the deadly power of the unleashed Weather, and therefore it is Cruel. And yea, its family alike must suffer. (And so, though Weather may love humanity, yet he may, perhaps, see them killed each day by his own domain.)

It is the implacable, uncaring forward march of Evolution, and therefore it is Cold. And yea, its family alike must suffer yet more. (And so, though Evolution may yearn for physical perfection, he may, perhaps, be slaved an upward progress that knows no final end.)

It is the unquenchable Need of the thirsty sky, and therefore it is a Cheap Date. And yea, its family alike are Cheap Dates. (And so, though Need may long to party all night, he may, perhaps, find himself throwing up no his shoes by ten PM.)

And it is the Liminal, the Threshhold, the infinitely-many-paths-to-the-heart-of-the-storm, and so its Chancel is the many-gated mountain, the eye in the tempest, the marketplace of the infinite worlds. And yea, its family alike lives on the many-gated mountain. (And so, though the Liminal may strive for perfect freedom, he may, perhaps, grapple with the knowledge that an infinite number of thresholds will lead him nowhere but back home.)

Description (The Facts)

Name: Alakh-Mu. Alakh-Mu *is* the storm which surrounds the mountain. It is, however, more likely to appear and consult with you in the form of a one-eyed serpent. When it assembles the family, it usually does so at the very top of the mountain, much to the annoyance of some.

Soul-Twisted: Nobles are invisible to the Sight; your estate cannot be determined except by empirical observation; the truth can never be forced from you; lies told under duress are never detectable as such; you can only be detected as non-human by someone who cycles between the Sight and normal vision.

Gift: All Nobles receive the gift Durant.

Advising: The Imperator is willing to hear your concerns, and make suggestions. Characters will know when they are about to do something supremely stupid.

Flaw - Cruel: It is likely to ask more of Nobles than they can possibly provide, and grow angry when they fail

Flaw - Cold: You must take the Imperator's Code as a double-strength, no-benefit handicap

Cheap Date, Argumentative Family: (Family-wide flaws) All family members are "cheap dates" extremely easily affected by mind-altering substances. They are also quite prone to arguing, drunk or not.
